Peedu on pede muud ei midagi by outlaw.

So, what is peedu?[muuda]

"For goodness sake, man. Is that any way to demonstrate intelligence, let alone a tiny particle of wit?"

The above is an example of a Peedu, the metafictional deconstruction of prose. The article, "Peedu," is the subject of its own analysis, and the entry is actually a commentary on the purpose of the analysis and not a discussion of the term "Peedu" at all.

The purpose, then, is to deconstruct the original entry -- obviously a piece of mental sludge from a defective chimpanzee -- with an eye toward understanding the purpose behind the meta-analysis. Thus we show off by deforming "Peedu" in such a way as to appear vastly learnéd and wise, and to make the original author of "Peedu" seem like a dicklemuffin.

So, let us understand one thing: "Peedu" must mean therefore that Section 2 was written by a buffoon and poser who does not understand the "Peedu" at all. Only the lame and the tame mock what they cannot understand. Informational prose should try to inform above all else, and therefore to neglect the meaning of "Peedu" in favor of pseudo-literary deconstructive analysis is to miss the fricking point entirely. The only point of that is to have some fun at the other guy's expense.

And what, in the final summary, are we to make of the verb, noun, or adjective "Peedu?" Our purpose can only be to approach the problem as sentient beings contemplating the hopes, wishes, emotions, and capacity for rational thought of a writer who would write --

"Peedu on pede muud ei midagi by outlaw"

And, with Sartre, we can only suppose that "Outlaw" has defined himself before all mankind as "The Author Of Peedu"...and upon this existential rock he has run his ship. However, we note that the writer of Section 4 still avoids the {naive}-realist question: who or what is Peedu?

Actress Anita Udeep talking on a cell-prawn. Note eyebrows.

The obvious answers -- "Peedu is a village in northern Estonia" and "Peedu is the surname of Gerli Peedu, a frog-faced Estonian underwear artiste" -- are both too obvious. The truth: the meaning of "Peedu" can only be fathomed as a reversal of the Indian name "Udeep" (meaning "flood"). We are led to examine Anita Udeep, especially her remarkably luxuriant and sexually arousing eyebrows.

Sexy Indian eyebrows, then, is the true significance of this article. It must be noted that the writer of Section 5 has utterly hijacked the meaning of the original entry. This kind of obstructionist, satirical mockery must cease! Bam

The confusing bit[muuda]

I wrote Section 5, and I have to say...screw you. The highest purpose of an obscure, provincial, primitive one-line entry like the one which began this mostly needless argument is to spark genuine and original exploration of what discordian writing should be like. And I would hold that the absurdist transformation of meaning -- the literal reversal of the word Peedu to get Udeep, the transfer of focus from Estonia to India -- is in fact perfectly discordian.

Author of Section 6: Oooo, aren't we deep and cerebral! You're a fookin' jerk, you know that?

Author of Section 5: I won't dignify that with a response. You are not only shallow, you are a foul-minded little pervert.

Author of Section 6: Hey, I'm not the one popping wood over hairy eyebrows. And besides, what you say is what you are. So neener neener neener.
